With the Legion all but finished with most of the members captured, Ms Proctor wastes no time settling some old scores. Of particular interest to the twisted former headmistress is two of her old "pupils" Starflair and Nightraven! Time has done little to mellow Ms Proctor as she still hasn't forgiven Nightraven for escaping her clutches years ago when both of the young heroines started out their adventures together, and Ms Proctor is still determined to get what she wants...by any mean necessary!
