I love the robounits! Their sleek, stiff, sexy uniformity is fantastic. I'm glad to hopefully see them serving the control units in a master-slave relationship.

Last week with the hypnotizing of Ms. Metrobay showed great promise. I wonder if curiosity will KO the kitty too.

And then there is Omega Woman, Mechana, and Marcy. Two great amazons and a sexy nerd. I wonder how that will play out...

Credit Finister Foul with that one. He designed those robosuits from my semi-coherent ideas and they couldn't have come out better. I'm especially pleased with how the drones all look somewhat similar yet have small touches of individuality like the variety of colors on the Controlunits...

In last week's installment of "Night of the Drones" Pink Pussycat and Ms. Metrobay were able to shut down the source of the hypnotic H.E.R.-TV signal, freeing most of the mesmerized women from its control... for the time being. The brave heroines must still destroy Sentius to rescue their teammates and shut down his robotization factory permanently, but their plan has hit a speedbump in the form of Ms. Metrobay's enslaved daughter Alpha Woman! Ms. Metrobay selflessly thwarted Alpha Woman's attempt to capture Pink Pussycat by throwing herself in the path of the mind control raygun, and now it is Ms. Metrobay who is next in line to become one of Sentius's sexy robot women!

This week HIPComix members will get to see what happens when Sentius gets his depraved hands on Ms. Metrobay's immaculate body, and how the other drones react when in the presence of such raw sexual power. Oh man, that was a great one, you guys! I certainly hope we see a little more of the other control units having their fun while Ms. Metrobay is fully converted. Great chapter with just enough payoff with lots of promise of more more more!

Great update!

My favorite part was the sexual interaction between the Controlunits and the Robounits. Very hot and just what I was looking for!

Many of you have been calling for more of that interaction for a while and I am happy that we were able to deliver. Glad you approve.

I wrote, erased, and re-wrote that line about a half dozen times before finally saying screw it, this isn't Shakespeare. If we can't have a little fun with this, then what's the point?

Fantastic update! The only thing that bothers me is that with each new update I know we're getting that much closer to the end!

This is exactly what I've been waiting for since the story introduced Sentius and the factory. You guys did not let me down.

Doc, as a novice story writer, I can only wish one day to tell an epic story that could come close to touching this one.

Fin, I wish I had your talent to draw. There are no words that can describe how well you draw and how well you incorporate the story into each drawing.

BTW, Awesome color reversal with Blue Controlunit's and Crimson Controlunit's nano-suits.

And yeah, you're right madcap, It does feel like the story is at or close to its peak and soon will be winding down. But man, what a ride to the top.

Thanks guys! It is true that we are approaching the end of the story but there are still a couple more points of interest to touch upon before we get there. You all better stay tuned, because the pace only picks up from here on out!

P.S.- Keep an eye out for a big announcement about the future of the 'Metrobay Universe'. Finister and I have a bunch of stories and surprises planned for 2008 that we think you all will enjoy!

I just wanted to point out that, like Dumbtime, I also noticed the color reversal on the Blue and Crimson Controlunit's and thought it was a really nice touch! So good work, Finister!

Good catch. Macrolass also noted the color schemes in a gallery comment (yes, I do read them). We figured that having Alpha Woman's and Ms. Metrobay's robosuits be exact opposites of each other would be a fun little nod toward their familial relationship. We are glad that you all agree!

I have to say I live for such basic evil story telling where a Daughter soiled by the stain of evil drags her caring and well meaning Mother into the pit with her. I goes against the whole concept of love being a true salvation and then there is the ultra hot incest taboo to deal with. Very tasty.

Now that Pink Pussycat is being groomed by the Hive to join the ranks of Sentius' evil drones I think a differant and more leathal change be used for her. The Nanites could make her a sort of Deadly and Stealthy assasion robot for Sentius to use as he desires. Our favorite Artificial Intellegance as demonstrated a very base imagination and for our Girl "Pink" I think a common Pink Body Suit would be so dull. I think some real Whiskers that she uses for detection purposes and some long claws and some sharp Canine teeth to give our Pink Femme a very feral look.
She could be completly under control of the hive mind but alittle more autonamus as "BrownSugar" was in the first series a year ago. Some one who knows she was good but now loves her evil nature and revals in it. Now that it hot.

Sadly Vestia I'm not sure how much we can accomodate your request. The strength of Sentius' factory is in the uniformity of the Robounits and Controlunits. They are for the most part interchangeable cogs in the greater H.E.R. machine, all functioning as small pieces of one large unit. To single one out like that would probably go against everything that Sentius is trying to accomplish in his quest to bring 'order' and 'stability' to the populace of Metrobay.

Aside from the storyline reasons there are also practical reasons why that might not work. I have mentioned in the past that there are only a handful of issues left (five to be precise) until the storyline is finished so we are certainly in the home stretch. I do appreciate your idea though and perhaps we can work it into another comic sometime down the road.
