Really liking this comic.
The art and writing are both top notch, I really like original blend of the "text effects" to enrich the flow of the story.
Fritz Lang would be proud (if he were into porn...and he probably was =P)

Thanks, Bukanan! Your comments mean a lot. I guess it doesn't take an evil genius to see where I got my inspiration from.

I'm somewhat surprised that "Metropolis" was never remade. It's obviously the foundation for many modern day dystopian science fiction films, everything from "Blade Runner" to "The Matrix" to "The Fifth Element" to even "Star Wars". Maybe someone will decide to remake it with modern special effects and the like. Who knows?

I thought it was remade - as an anime film.

It was, but you could argue that it was remade in name only. A few of the plotlines are the same, but I wouldn't call it a 'remake'. In fact, I read somewhere that the creator of the original manga never actually saw Fritz Lang's "Metropolis". He only saw a poster of it and went from there.
