 "Twisted Tales": The Movie?
Finister and I were joking around about which actors/actresses we would like to get to play the characters in Twisted Tales if a movie was ever made (in our dreams).
My first nomination? For the role of "Ms. Metrobay"... Dolly Parton, circa 1980.

Thoughts?

No on Dolly Parton; she, like Pam Anderson, has become a caricature of herself.
For an athletic superheroine might I suggest Gena Lee Nolin? [Perhaps I have been influenced by her late 'Sheena" TV series, but, hey she does look good.

 Dolly vs. Gena
I specifically wanted to choose Dolly, but only if we get her late 70s/early 80s incarnation. Check out some pics from her from movies like "9 to 5" or "Rhinestone" for a reference. Back then she was still soft and curvy and 'normal' looking. Anything much later than the mid 80s and I will certianly agree with you 100%.
As for Gena, we do need someone to play Alpha Woman...

The girls of Metrobay are already walking porn-stars in proportion, so...
Valiant Grrrl- Veronica Zemanova
Alpha Woman- Jana Cova or Terri Harrison
Marcy- Penny Flame
Brown Sugar- Holly Joan Hart
Ms. Metrobay- Anka Romensky
I'll get some sample pics later.

 Re: re: winona ryder
I'm not too sure about Winona Ryder, although she would obviously be of use when the doctor wants to steal something from APEX...

How about Jeri Ryan? She has the height and the bustline.
Or remember Jenilee Harrison from Three's Company. Very attractive and well built. She would make a good Valiant Girl.

 blondes
Both good choices. Another is Denise Richards. Anyone who has seen "Undercover Brother" knows she looks good in a tight costume:

(I chose that image because of the French translation. Apparently "Undercover Brother" translates to "Operation Funky"...)
Anyway, it seems that there's no shortage of busty blondes to play Alpha Woman and Ms. Metrobay. Can we find a similarly proportioned redhead to play Marcy?

 more candidates
I've done some more thinking and came up with a list of nominees to play the characters from "Twisted Tales". I pretty much stuck with face and hair for physical characteristics, since few women on Earth could ever full out those heroine costumes anyway...
So here are the nominees:
Alpha Woman: Amy Robach, newscaster
Ms. Metrobay: Dolly Parton, singer
Valient Grrl: Kate Beckinsdale, actress
Marcy Smith: Alyson Hannigan, actress
Mechana: Brigitte Nielsen, actress
Brown Sugar: Tyra Banks, model
Belinda Giolla: Demi Moore, actress
...and in the interest of being thorough...
Dr. Twisted: Cary Elwes, actor
Sentius: Max Headroom, TV personality
For those of you who don't get that last one, look it up.
Any thoughts?

 Mechana
If Brigitte Nielsen is unavailable, Julie Strain might make a good "Mechana":

 Jade Lightning
I think I may have found an actress to play "Jade Lightning" in the fantasy Superheroine Squad/Twisted Tales movie:
Amy Yip (Yip Chi-mei), Hong Kong actress
