In our last exciting episode, the fractures in the Guardians' world only widened.
In the suburbs, EVO Tr1x1 and Sonja formed an uneasy pact. Sonja, still locked away in a faux-normal basement life, agreed to help the synthetic mimic “pass” as her original self… in exchange for better treatment. The lie grows deeper, and the real Trixi’s shadow looms large.

However, deep within Knox Labs, Trixi, newly equipped with the Daedalus ocular implants, gained access to Dr. Pyckle’s archive. Amely Knox has no idea she also quietly seized full root access. Trixi now holds terabytes of encrypted memories, blueprints, twisted research, and other Pyckle projects, and it is just waiting to help… or be weaponized.

At the Temple of Aten, Chase Monroe’s patience wore thin. Denied her power crystal by Stormdragon, she now trains in silence, burning to return to a city that needs a hero.

Elsewhere, Alex Veritas prepared her cabal. Alex tightened her grip with Lily Sinclair and Mia Sanders, returning for their friend Mary, who was now reduced to a mind-controlled shell. Elise, still under Alex’s control as the ruthless Ocelith, struggled to find her target: her girlfriend, Sunny. Her programming sees Sunny as the enemy, but her instincts scream otherwise. Alex reprogrammed her to cool her obsession, sending her back to college as plain old Elise. Her mission? Information gathering on Sunny.

But Sunny is nowhere near the campus. She's still trapped in Springfield, drugged and restrained, subjected to the Covenant of the Veil’s perverse re-education. They say she’ll soon be ready for her "husband." Her body is restrained. Her mind, rewired.

Conviction’s mission to punish the guilty took a turn as her new partner, Danger Dame, began ignoring the plan. Reckless. Impulsive. Unpredictable. Conviction warned her to slow down… or walk away.

Will Trixi uncover the secrets buried in Pyckle’s stolen mind? Can Chase reclaim her mantle before the city burns without her? What happens when Elise finally sees Sunny again—and doesn’t recognize her as anything but prey?
