Handsome, rich and successful, St John bought property throughout Hattersville and established all types of businesses throughout the town. Mayor LANGSTON LAMONT and Police Chief RAYMOND GARCIA were amongst the top public officials in Hattersville who seemed to be under St John's influence. While growth and economic prosperity of Hattersville were evident since St John's arrival, there was also a growing level of crime in town. Armed robberies, prostitution and drug trafficking amongst them.

"This is a lot like the 70's. If only Bear Woman were here. She'd set things right. " thought Crystal. But the young black female law student had no idea of the hand that fate would play her, and of the destiny which lay in store for her.

Noon
