Looking directly into the cameras...Carlos spoke in a firm tone of voice. "Citizens of Peru...Today...a notorious army officer...Colonel Julio Lopez...charged with crimes against the state...was freed from custody..by the masked vigilante known as Panther Woman...By her actions...there can be no doubt that Panther Woman is indeed a criminal...Anyone with information as to her whereabouts is advised to contact the authorities immediately...I hereby issue a direct order for the arrest of Panther Woman...Dead or alive!
