In our last exciting episode, the shadows deepened, and the players grew more desperate. Still rebuilding her empire from the wreckage of the invasion, Casey Stern turned her focus to Sublevel 10. With Vortexxx and Apotheosis sealed in stasis and their powers still unexplained, she needed a scientist who doesn’t flinch at danger… or ethics. So, she made her move. With it, she bought University Park Genetics and secured the one mind bold enough for the job: Dr. Sloane.

Elsewhere, Elise Lavaux, following the digital breadcrumbs left behind by her missing girlfriend, unlocked a lead from Sunny’s phone. A contact: Dr. Kristen Greer. The doctor found traffic cam footage, Sunny entering a fast-food restaurant… and never leaving. Elise’s pulse quickens. The trail grows colder. But she’s not stopping now.

At Knox Labs, something strange stirs. Trixi and Dr. Greer dove deeper into Dr. Pyckle’s encrypted archives, only to find some files sealed behind shifting, living encryption patterns. No AI does this. Something, or someone, is interfering. The deeper they dig, the more the system pushes back.

Knox, meanwhile, gets an update from Trixi about Pyckle’s forgotten projects. Details are limited, but what’s clear is this: Pyckle was working on something significant, hidden, and worth concealing.

Back in hiding, Lily Sinclair and Mia Sanders clung to survival in a borrowed loft. Groceries are low. Morale is lower. They can’t risk going outside, but Alex’s reach remains unknown. But staying hidden means starving… and stepping into the light could cost them everything.
