In our last thrilling episode, the dynamic duo of Lena Shaw and Sophie Dash found themselves celebrating Sophie's promotion to detective with perhaps a bit too much enthusiasm. Waking up with pounding headaches and engaging in playful banter about their wild night, they soon remembered their critical mission: to visit Lena's contact, Vanir Avana, in the IT department for help with the MAC address.

At the Springfield Police Department, Lena took charge, instructing Sophie to let her handle the conversation. Vanir installed Wi-Fi tracking software on their phones to help detect the MAC address. However, as they were leaving, Lena overheard Vanir making a suspicious phone call, realizing that tracking software was also installed on their phones. With this knowledge, they cleverly decided to make future plans with their phones in another room to stay ahead of whoever was tracking them.

Their investigation led them to GenetiCore Biotech, where they confronted Nina Patel about her signature on a manifest for dangerous chemicals delivered to a company that wasn’t hers. Nina, seemingly indifferent, dismissed their concerns and promised to have her assistant look into it. In losing her patience, Sophie asked if Nina's assistant was Mara Nocturne, the Iron Scorpion. Lena quickly intervened, urging Sophie to control herself and swiftly ushering her out of the office.

Meanwhile, under Nina's direction, Toxic Shocker captured the Iron Scorpion, preparing to punish her for her failures by injecting her with his latest batch of toxins. The stakes are higher than ever as their enemies close in.

How will Lena and Sophie outmaneuver their unknown trackers? Can they uncover the truth behind GenetiCore Biotech’s sinister operations? And what fate awaits Mara Nocturne at the hands of the ruthless Toxic Shocker?
