Hello Hello and welcome welcome!! I was out for a few weeks with the flu (no not that one) but I’m back! Many of you out there don’t need to be told that when you get older and you get sick, sometimes that means laying in bed for a few days, and then that leads to back issues and pain in your everywhere, and your knees and.... never mind. I’m back!

Anyway, I’m glad I was able to have a few weeks off because I was able to rest and think about things I wanted to do and now I am able to do them. So let’s jump right in. My first bit of news is that here in America we are becoming increasingly quarantined. I for one I’m getting pretty tired of hearing about this virus, so I’m really happy to be able to focus on delivering content to everybody. So I’m going to focus on ramping up postings. When I came back from my last health hiatus, I posted several times a week to make up for the times I wasn’t able to post and I’m going to do that again. So for the time being, I will be posting every Monday and Friday. Hopefully, that will keep my mind off things, and hopefully, I will be able to deliver fun content to help keep your mind off things as well.
