After years in a medically induced coma while in deep space after the final major battle against the G’undari by the Earth Expeditionary Force, we finally get to meet Teddy. Besides Eolande, he is now the last of the Aos Si. The rest of the Aos Si, along with hundreds of other Earth born Metahumans, were killed during the battle.

Now he has to deal with what he knows about what happened to the man Eolande was going to marry upon his return to Earth. He also must come to terms of what happened to Earth in the wake of their success and demonstration that humans could now make their way through space.

For now, Eolande must make use of his abilities as the group’s master librarian and learn if he knows anything of the creature they’re chasing around South Africa.
