What they discover could tip the scales against Alex Veritas. And Davina, motivated by more than just science, suggests a daring new plan, one that might be just crazy enough to succeed.

Over at Project Whisper, a risky compromise is made. Jake Eldritch agrees to a deal to save Aurore and Samantha: use them as double agents inside Hawthorne’s organization.
