The 'R' word
Refresh my memory as to our policy on the use of the word 'r@pe' (replace the '@' with an 'a') in our forums. Is it or is it not allowed? If not, why is that again? I have seen the word pop up a couple of times in recent posts and I want to know if I have to do anything about it.

In my case, it's a matter of keeping the tone down. While I don't object to the discussion of the topic, we should keep the tone of language civil in the general forum area.
I tend to use that spelling in my e-mail as well, to keep keyword searches confused as possible.

CCbill scans the site once a year for words like r@?3* and for--d. If they find them, they suspecd the account until such time that the words are removed.
(I'm hoping this is a locked forum, otherwise I just violated their AUP.. heh)

It is. The only people who can view this forum are those who have been tagged as 'moderators'.
So should I edit the posts in question to eliminate the use of those words?
