Hey everyone... I would like to try a couple of things to make the update announcements more uniform and user-friendly. I would like to have a small list of items that are included with each announcement. They are: Artist name Author name (if different from artist) Synopsis Direct link to gallery Link to free area (with samples and cover pages) The subject heading should contain the phrase "Membership Update" along with the date and the title of the comic. Be sure to leave it as an announcement so it sticks to the top of the forum. Update notices will stay as announcements for about a week before the announcement tag is removed. Please remember to create a cover page for every update. I think this is important as both a promotional tool and a freebie for the free area. The cover page should have the comic's title, the artist and/or author names, and "HIPComix.com" somewhere on them. Any thoughts? |
