Councilman THEODORE WASHINGTON...watched the images being played on the television screen before him...in the darkness and privacy of the study of his mansion in this posh district of the city. He took great pleasure in watching the woman in the purple jumpsuit...that was shredded in the areas of her chest and between her thighs...writhed helplessly as bolts of electricity from the other woman's right hand... streamed directly into the spot between the struggling brunette's legs.

He watched the brunette wiggling frantically...until she finally lay still...her blue eyes rolled up in her head...and slowly closed as she accepted her fate. What made him even more satisfied to know was that this was not a movie...this was real life. The woman was Detective MICHELLE WALKER of the 7th Precinct... who was the arresting officer for his teenage daughter TIFFANY...after she committed several felonies as the sidekick of the nefarious villainess TRICKSTER...under the name of CLOWN GIRL.
