the handsome detective...bravely entered the factory. Rafferty was one of several of Detroit's finest who were out
looking for Councilman Theodore Washington's missing teenage daughter Tiffany. Reports of some kind of fight taking
place in the district...brought him to the factory. Without waiting for backup...some would call it bravery...
others foolhardiness...after he received a commendation for bringing some Russian mobsters to justice...
Arthur held his Beretta pistol in his right hand and a flashlight in his left hand as he entered the factory.
