Dr.Destino is about to take the complete control over Capitol City's inhabitants. He has disabled the automated alarms and defenses of the experimental fusion plant of Starr Industries in the city outskirts and his now faithful Crimson Destiny is ready to plant the charges to spread the nanite virus along the energy grid.
But the brilliant scientist and CEO of Starr Industries, Tonya Starr, has detected the security breach with the help of her watch-drones... but a GREAT surprise is awaiting her when she discovers the identity of the she-prowler!
