Mrs. Ava Adams has awaken, tied and gagged inside a deserted old factory, only to discover that she has been captured by the mysterious kidnapper of Middle Creek. In the abandoned mannequin factory, the latest victim of the infamous criminal is going to face a painful and deviant ordeal in the hands of the sinister Mannequin and his followers: The Dolls.
