A new torture device was used to trap Wonder Woman at some point later, Muller adjusted the rack, a massive wooden device with chains and gears. Wonder Woman, wearing only her bottoms, is secured to the device with her hot body taut and exposed... Quickly, the evil Colonel's subordinate manipulated the device's controls to tighten the entire apparatus.
