Dressed in a white shirt...grey slacks...and black leather shoes...his brown hair combed back...Detective Arthur Rafferty
was sitting at a table outside of a small café. He checked his watch...wondering where Detective Michelle Walker could be.
Then he heard the sound of a women's high heels approaching."Hi Arthur...Hope I didn't keep you waiting too long..."
said Michelle as she approached him. Arthur got up from his seat and turned to greet his partner. However as he did so...he
could not believe his eyes...as he looked at the woman who worked alongside him every day as his partner.
