When the county sheriff and Patsy's big brother, Jeremiah, search for missing Patsy Ann, they uncover a terrorist plot right here in Hawg county. They discover middle eastern terrorist suicide bombers hiding in the grounds to Doctor Clopps' mansion.
Doctor Clopps is just about to hand over the plans of his shrinking machine to these terrorists for one hundred million dollars. However, Patsy Ann puts an abrupt end to his plans..
