Doctor Clopps, Major Sicko In Free Artists Spotlight At last Patsy Ann has discovered the secret room and found out what this diabolical doctor was up to: shrinking horses, cows, pigs, chickens and you name it, all to 20th of their natural size. The local police force have been rounded up by the sheriff: Girl cops wearing short skirts a-striding hawg sickles (sic) are hurtling down highway 41 to Patsy Ann's rescue. Meantime, Patsy has managed to tamper with the shrinking inducer and got it running in reverse while Doctor Clopps was having his afternoon snooze. Doctor Clopps offered Patsy the chance of salvation if she comes with him inside a suitcase to Buenos Aries, after he receives $100,000,000 for the sale of his shrinking machine to middle eastern terrorists.
