The original story concept by Figerol was to create a highly shrinkable character that shrinking girl fans everywhere would enjoy. Who could be more fun than a Daisy Duke type character except standing only four inches tall in her high heels ?
Answer: Patsy Ann.
The good ol' boys have coaxed Governor Hogg into sending out a posse to search for missin' Patsy Ann, who has not yet returned from her errand to Georgia. Meantime, Doctor Clopps has fed Patsy a meal of tiny fried chicken and has shrunken poor Patsy down to the size of a canary. Now he's got her swingin' back and forth inside a lil' tweety cage. Gasp, now he's taking her down to into his basement laboratory. Now Patsy is gonna find out what this kooky professor has really been up to in his spare time...
