I wouldn't mind seeing something based on Security Droid with the Mind Control Ray that Belinda Goilla used to capture Ms. Metrobay in Twisted Tails: Project Metropolis.

Possibly some low level villian or scientist finds the device and starts enslaving superheroines one by one, making a small harem Maybe even using the previously captured ones to lure in others.

Just adding on, this is just a rough idea, if anyone wants to try and expand on that, post away.
