If you haven't seen the movie Hancock, I recommend seeing it. It's not bad at all. The marketing didn't represent the movie very well at all. In some ways that's probably good for watching it, since I was genuinely surprised by the plot twists. **SPOILER ALERT** One huge pleasant surpirse in Hancock is that, like Will Smith's character, Charlize Theron's character is also a superpowered immortal, except apparently she's even more powerful. Her time onscreen using her superpowers was too short for me, but it's still pretty cool! There's also sexual tension between the two characters that's related to their super powers, which is also a theme I like. |
