What a way to drum up interest in a dead end character. Make Kathy Kane a lesbian with a dorment relationship to Renee Montoya. No matter how nice this may work out in theory, it is still happening in a DC comic and won't go far enough.

IMHO, this is just another dead end DC project that will die on the vine despite the media buzz and a fairly large possible lesbian (and fans of lesbians) fan base.

Let's see how this plays out.

Well, if they do go through with it they can probably count on more than a few of us picking up an issue. That's probably not enough to sustain an entire comic series but it's a start...
