"You won't get away with this Benway !" Weng snarled. " Oh but I will Mr Weng... and now you will take your place within the ranks of my minions " Benway replied and Nurse Betsy approached with a menacing looking hypodermic needle. Securely bound there was no way out and Weng prepared to meet his maker. However the process was interrupted by the arrival of a sensuous and scantily clad female figure. "FYAH ..FYAH" cried Kung Fu Woman as dragon fire surrounded her clenched golden bronze fists as she struck out at each of the two mutants and disintegrated them.

" No !! You have ruined everything !!... I will kill you !!!" Benway screamed as he picked up a shotgun. "Hey Doc!!... Here's my bill !! " yelled Weng as he lunged towards the villain. A hard left hook, sent Benway crashing into an electrical panel. "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!!!" he yelled before hitting the floor.

"Mind shutting down...going blank...will forget...everything" groaned Benway as he collapsed face down to the floor

" Thanks Kung Fu Woman how about an... interview ?" asked Weng. But he turned around to discover that the Shaolin Superwoman was gone. She had evaded him yet again. His only consolation being that he had a story that the Inquisitor would print.

"You slipped me again Kung Fu Woman...but one day...We will meet again" resolved Weng as he picked up a phone and began to dial the number for the State Troopers.

Meanwhile...Kung Fu Woman had changed back into her dowdy attire and normal identity of Jiang Li... recovered her duffle bag and was making her way along another road that took her away from the town of Fenville. "The ancients of Shaolin intended for my journey to take me here...I know that I will face similar defeats on my journey and must accept them...if I am to be victorious and fulfil my destiny as Kung Fu Woman" resolved Jiang Li as she continued walking away.
