She found new documents which showed that Vanetti had given conditional approval to survey the sites for the construction of new office/residential complexes. "Does Mayor Vanetti know about what's going on in Warrendale? This doesn't prove anything. I'll have to catch whoever's behind these crimes and get them to confess what they know" resolved Tanya.
