New Panther Woman in New Dawn of Crime 5 Miraflores district. Lima, Peru. 11 pm New Justice Minister Carlos Ramos rubbed the back of his head and groaned in pain from the large bump he felt there. "Easy Mr Ramos...You're in safe hands now.." said a male voice. Carlos looked up in the direction of the voice and to get a better sense of where he was. He found himself sitting on a stretcher in the back of an ambulance...being tended to by paramedics..while uniformed policer officers were searching the area nearby for clues. Carlos knew immediately who he was. "Chief Gomez...What's going on?" asked Carlos as he got off the stretcher and stood in front of the veteran policeman. "That's what I'd like to find out Minister Ramos..Shortly after you arrive there's an attempt to kidnap you...My men find a car rented by you on a road a short distance away from the airport..a young woman who was with you..she takes off without so much as giving my officers on site any information about what happened to you...then we find you here..dumped in this park...You're making one heck of an impression on the criminal element in Lima in such a short space of time.." remarked Police Chief Arturo Gomez. The Police Chief's words caused something to click in Carlos' mind.
