Lioness and the Slaves of New York Part 6

New York. 2 am.

Pieter Botha calmly sipped a glass of cognac and listened to some opera music in the privacy of his quarters within the South African Embassy. His reverie was interrupted by the ringing of his cell phone. Botha checked the number and grinned. "Yes" the South African stated as he answered the phone.

"The plan worked as you said it would..Lioness attacked the police who were surveying our activities..She delayed them long enough for our people to get the merchandise safely out..The police have captured the woman and taken her into custody.." Salaam Islaq reported. Botha smiled in response to this news.

"Good..The police will believe that Lioness has a hand in our operations..We shall complete our business here and be gone before anyone is none the wiser..Lioness has served her purpose well.." he replied. "And Prince Kip?..What shall we do with him? Islaq asked. "Let us just say that when we have no more use for the boy..He shall have a very unfortunate accident.." Botha sneered and ended the call.

Trinidad, 2 am.

Unknown to Botha, a call of a different kind was being sent out. "Hey boss..You'd better take a look at this.." Hank "Hawk" Lee stated as he handed a coded transmission to the universal soldier, known only as Snake-Eyes. "What is it?" Ray "Moon" Gao asked as he joined his two brothers in arms. "New mission from the UN Command guys..We're going to New York.." Snake-Eyes said grimly as he raised his eyes from the transmission.

Within minutes, the whine of helicopter rotors echoed throughout the heart of the towering peak of El Tucuche in the Northern Range of the Caribbean island of Trinidad. Pulling back on the flight stick, Hawk Lee eased the sleek attack helicopter known as Nighthawk out of its secret lair. The Nighthawk easily cleared the top of the mountain. Engaging the turbos, Hawk steered the gunship out of Trinidad airspace and northward towards its destination.

New York. 7 am.

As morning over the city of New York, Crown Prince Simba sat down to breakfast with his son Kip in their diplomatic quarters. "Where is your Aunt Leona?" Simba asked his son as breakfast was served to them. "I don't know Dad..She wasn't in her room when I checked..Maybe she went out" Kip replied. The Crown Prince nodded thoughtfully at his son's response. Given the breaches at some of Luanda's foreign missions recently, Simba had no doubt to believe that Princess Leona was looking into the matter. However he had no idea that his sister who was secretly the mighty Lioness was now waking up to find herself in a world of trouble.

"Uuhhh..Where?..Who?" Lioness stammered as her senses slowly returned to her. The first thing Princess Leona became aware of as her dark brown eyes fluttered open behind the yellow slits of her lionskin cowl was the white ceiling overhead. "Nnnhhh" she groaned as a dull pain registered in her large firm breasts. The heroine tried to get up but soon discovered that leather restraints around her wrists and ankles were keeping her tied down to some kind of hospital bed. "Morning Lioness..Sleep well?" Detective Danny Rosewood quipped as he drew back the curtain and approached the heroine's bedside. Lioness strained to look at Rosewood and his partner, Detective Andy Taggart who stood next to him. "What happened?..Where am I?" Lioness asked as she allowed her senses to return to her.

"Why don't you tell us lady?!..You landed a group of cops in the hospital and wrecked a sting operation into a gun-running racket.!" Taggart growled as he pointed to his bruised face. "I..I do not know what you are talking about..I..am innocent..You must free me.." Lioness said and strained against the restraints which bound her.

"Not a chance lady.." Rosewood stated and nodded his head. Lioness' head turned sharply and saw a nurse standing near her left shoulder. Her eyes widened behind the yellow slits of her lionskin cowl as she saw a female doctor draw a liquid from a clear glass bottle into a hypodermic needle. "What..What are you going to do to me?!" Lioness stammered and increased her struggles to break the restraints.

Two orderlies standing out of the African Adventuress' line of sight moved in. One grabbed hold of her feet while the other pressed her shoulders on to the bed. "No!..No!..You must release me at once..There is danger!" Lioness protested, unable to draw upon the powers of her Lion Talisman. She could do little but watch as the doctor pulled back the straps of her lionskin leotard to expose her large ebony breasts and their semi-hardened black nipples. "What are you going to do?!..No!!..I must not be tamed..Cannot be tamed!!" Lioness cried as she continued her futile struggles to get free. "Yeah sure Lioness..Just sleep on it..Do it Doc.." Rosewood said. The African Adventuress was helpless as she watched the gleaming hypodermic needle inch towards her left nipple. "UUNNHHH!!!" said Lioness as the tip of the needle penetrated her nipple.

As the needle was swiftly extracted, Leona felt a dull pain in her left breast followed by a wave of nausea through her head. "Ohhhh..My breast..hurts..Head..spinning..I am feeling..dizzy..and tired..." admitted Lioness as the movement of her curvaceous body began to slow. "UUNHHH !!" the heroine cried as the needle stabbed her through the right nipple. The orderlies stepped away from the African Adventuress as her body twitched slowly in a futile effort to stave off the impending darkness. The NYPD detectives, the female doctor and the two male orderlies watched as the Lioness' great breasts rose and fell slowly and the hardness of her black nipples slowly increased. "Drug..is taking effect..My breasts..feel..so heavy..I am so.. tired..Hard.. to stay..awake.." the heroine sighed as her head rolled slowly from side to side.

"Smart lady..She catching on.." Danny Rosewood grinned. "What..What..do you mean..Detective..Rosewood..?" the African Adventuress stammered as she struggled to make sense of his words and stay conscious. "Come off it toots..You really didn't think that Mr Botha is that sloppy..Did you?!" Taggart sneered as he approached the heroine's bedside. "Uuhh..Remember now..Pieter Botha..had me drugged..kidnapped me.... from..Luandan Mission..You..You..work..for.. him.." Lioness sighed as her head began to spin from the potent sedative injected into her ample breasts. Taggart then clamped his hands over the African Adventuress'exposed breasts and started to grope them. "Uunnhh..Hands..so coarse..Arousing..my nipples..Making..my breasts..feel..so strange..Tired..I am so tired.." Lioness sighed, helpless to defend herself.

"You got that right Lioness.. We can keep your sexy tits here and no one will know.. Once the deal is completed..We'll get rid of you..and that boy.." Taggart sneered as his chubby fingers roughly toyed with the heroine's hard black nipples. "Uuhhh..No..Kip..Must not let..Must stop you..I must.. break..free.." Lioness protested as she writhed slowly in a futile effort to break Taggart's hold on the pride of her womanhood. "Keep her distracted Andy..This'll calm our big jungle cat down.." Rosewood sneered as he stuffed a thick wad of cotton into a white dusk mask and then poured a hefty dose of chloroform from a dark brown bottle into the cotton. "Mmblmmmm!!" Lioness pleaded as the mask covered her nose and mouth. Her head jerked slightly from side to side as she tried to shake the mask loose.

"Come on bitch..Black out already.." Taggart growled as he pinched Lioness' hardened nipples. "HMMBlmmmmm..." Leona screamed into the mask as she was for--d to draw in the potent anaesthetic into her lungs. The African Adventuress' curvaceous body surged slightly before falling flat on the bed. "Nhhhh..Nhhhhhhh.." Lioness sighed as her great breasts rose and fell gently, signalling her return to unconsciousness.

"This bitch isn't so tough.." Rosewood grinned as he tied fastened the straps of the mask securely around the Lioness' head. "Yeah..Guess she does'nt face too much bad guys in Africa.." Taggart grinned as he stepped back. Turning to the female doctor, the veteran cop gave his instructions to the female doctor and the two orderlies. "Make sure that the bitch's lights stay out and no one sees her..We'll call in once we're clear..Then you whack her.." Taggart stated. The trio nodded in agreement...as the beauteous Lioness lay drugged and unconscious before them. No one knew where she was and she had no hope of escape.

In the privacy of his office at the Luandan Mission, Crown Prince Simba was so deep in thought he did not feel the warmth of the fading sunlight as the sun descended over the New York city skyline. The mysterious absence of his sister Princess Leona and the unknown security threat to Luanda's embassies deeply troubled him. A knock on the door interrupted his thoughts. "Come!" Simba stated and Uri Ukura entered his office. "You seem troubled Highness" she observed with a bow. "Yes..A very troubling matter has come up..and I need to locate my sister..I will need you to ensure that Kip reaches home safely from his fencing class this evening" the Prince said. "It will be done Highness" Ukura replied with a bow. As she left the Prince's presence, a series of thoughts filled her mind.

"Islaq contacted me and said that Lioness is being held prisoner by our partners in the NYPD..Kip told me that Princess Leona has been missing from her quarters since this morning..Is there a connection?" she pondered as her jeep pulled out of the Luandan Mission's basement garage and on to the street above. Unknown to Ukura, her movements were being watched. Locking the jeep in the sights of his sniper rifle , Ray "Moon" Gao took aim. The silencer-tipped rifle jerked slightly as it fired. Moon smiled with satisfaction as the tracer bullet lodged itself in the rear of the jeep and the electronic transmitter activated on impact. Shouldering his rifle, the commando reached for his radio. "Lobo One to Wolf Den..Prey is marked..Coming in..Over" he said.

"Acknowledged Lobo One..Come on home..Wolf Pack is hunting later..Out" Snake-Eyes replied on the other end. Turning away from the radio, the Universal Soldier gazed upon a computer-generated map of New York city. Hank "Hawk" Lee also gazed upon the map. "The transmitter has a Golbal Positioning Satellite link..We'll be able to track it wherever it goes" Hawk noted."So far everything fits the profile sent by UN Security Command..This Ukura dame's got connections to the rebel forces in Luanda.. They've been getting a lot of funds lately..and weapons from one..Pieter Botha..Ex-South African Army Colonel.." Snake-Eyes said. "Looks like Botha's got one last deal before he heads back to Africa.." Hawk added. "Got that right Hawk..The amount of money from the Luandan embassy here alone will buy a big arms cache from the New York underworld..Chances are Botha's got people in the NYPD.." Snake replied grimly.

Just then, the radio buzzed again. "Lobo One to Wolf Den..Priority traffic" Moon Gao stated. "This is Wolf Den..Go" Snake replied as he picked up the radio. "Intercepted a transmission over the police radio..Sounded like some kind of hostage..being kept at a hospital..What's the situation?" Moon asked. Snake-Eyes and Hawk Lee exchanged knowing looks. "Could be someone Botha's trying to keep out of the way..Word from my sources say some masked woman was prowling around in the Bronx in areas controlled by Salaam Islaq..His brother Muhammad is a known associate of Botha" Hawk stated. "Check it out Moon..Hawk and I will rendezvous with you before we go and crash the party" Snake-Eyes instructed. "Roger that" Moon replied.

Grabbing their overcoats, Detectives Andy Taggart and Danny Rosewood left the 15th Precinct and headed towards their squad car. "Say goodbye to this city Danny..After tonight, you and me gonna be sipping cocktails in the tropics" Taggart sneered. "What about your wife Andy?" Rosewood asked as they got into the car. "I'll soon be makin enough to pay the alimony many times over..Shame about that Lioness broad though" Taggart replied. "Yeah..an I was just getting to like her" Rosewood grinned. The two crooked cops laughed as they drove off towards their date with destiny. Lioness was unaware of these events as she lay in an unconscious slumber, bound and gagged within a hospital room. The two burly orderlies sat on either side of the bed and watched as her curvaceous body twitched ever so slightly from the chloroform mask secured over her nose and mouth. Her naked firm breasts and hardened nipples rose and fell gently as she slept.

"Ohhh..Chloroform is so strong Leona..My breasts..Nipples..are so aroused..So weak..So tired...Just want to sleep.." Lioness thought and her head rolled slowly from side to side as she inhaled the anaesthetic. "No..I..cannot give in..to my urges..Kip..in danger..Must escape..but..Tired..I am so..tired..Cannot..break..free.." the African Adventuress debated within her tired mind. "Why wait to do the bitch?..Let's do her now.." one of the orderlies said, patting the silencer-tipped pistol under his shirt. "No way..We got orders to whack her only when the deal goes down" the other orderly rebuked him. Their debate was cut short by the Lioness' writhing on the bed. "Looks like jungle cat's chloroform is wearing off.." one orderly stated. "We'd better give her the prescription.." the second orderly replied and started to reveal his weapon.

Before he could act, a glint of metal caught his attention. That was all Ray "Moon" Gao allowed him to see as he let his knife fly. The orderly wheezed as the blade penetrated his throat and he fell dead to the floor. "What the hell..?!" the second orderly gasped as he pulled out his gun. "Join him" Moon quipped as he closed the gap between them with lightning speed. Drawing another knife, Moon slashed the orderly's throat and clamped his free hand over his mouth to hide the sounds of his death. Wiping the steel blade against the right side of his combat trousers, Moon moved towards the bound and writhing woman atop the hospital bed. In a swift motion, he cut the restraint binding her ankles and wrists.

"Aaahhhh.." Lioness gasped as Moon ripped the chloroform mask from her face. Propping herself up on her elbows, the African Adventuress shook her head to remove any traces of chloroform still in her system. As her senses slowly returned, she became aware of Moon's presence. "Who..Who are you?.." Leona inquired as she lifted herself into a sitting position on the edge of the bed. Glancing around the room, the heroine spotted the two dead orderlies lying on the floor. She was speechless as Moon extracted his knife from one's throat and replaced it in its sheath. "We ain't got much time lady" Moon stated. "The Lioness does not take orders from mercenaries.." the African Adventuress began. Suddenly, the door opened and the female doctor stepped inside. Her jaw dropped to see her two colleagues lying dead on the floor. "You die!" she snarled and aimed her silencer-tipped pistol at Moon. Lioness was about to act when out of nowhere, Snake-Eyes appeared behind the doctor. "Not before you!" he snarled and snapped her neck effortlessly.

"You okay Moon?" Snake asked as he hauled the doctor's dead body into a closet and helped his brother in arms deposit the two orderlies in the same place. "Cool" Moon replied. The two commandos then turned to face the African Adventuress who readjusted her lionskin leotard to cover her ample breasts again. "I owe you my thanks..I am Lioness..Heroine of Luanda.." she stated. "We know who you are lady but we have'nt got time for socialising..a major arms deal is going down..and we got orders to stop Pieter Botha.." Snake-Eyes declared. "Botha has my nephew..You will need my help to stop him.." Lioness said. "Can't very well leave her here boss..She had to be trouble for Botha to be keeping her here.." Moon stated. "I got a preference for troublesome women..Okay Lioness..let's go!" the Universal Soldier agreed.

Minutes later, after making it to the hospital rooftop undetected, Lioness was seated in the rear of the Nighthawk, as the sleek gunship soared stealthily over New York city. "Incredible..I had no idea the United Nations had such military expertise.." she remarked. "It does'nt..We're the guys that get called in to handle the situations no one else can.. but seeing that you operate in secret..There's no harm in telling you that" Snake-Eyes replied as he loaded his M-16A2 assault rifle.

Lioness nodded in agreement. "Since the arms deal I aborted in Luanda City..I had suspicions it was the the tip of the iceberg" she said. "You were'nt far off..Botha has been using a mix of strong arm tactics, insiders and mind-controlling techniques to get funds from Luandan Government bank accounts to fund his weapons' sales.." Snake told her. "He's also been getting intelligence from inside Luandan embassies on your country's border security..." Moon added.

"Obviously to facilitate his arms drops to rebels and other criminal elements..He kidnapped my nephew Kip..brainwashed..That's why his people were able to capture me so easily..Once Kip told them my breasts were vulnerable.." Lioness thought. "Fortunately..We put a tracker on one of his agents..They can't escape now..We're 15 minutes away from their position." Hawk Lee stated from the cockpit, interrupting her thoughts. "Party time" Snake-Eyes grinned as he readied his weapon while Moon did the same with his guns.

Along the dimly-lit waterfront on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, the deal went down.Pieter Botha pulled his grey trenchcoat closer to his body as he alighted from the rear of his Mercedes Benz on to the dampened surface of the pier. The cold night wind cut into him as he gazed at the Qatar-registered freighter Al-Tar which was berthed alongside the pier and in the process of being loaded. Armed with Uzis and AK-47 assault rifles, members of the Tenth Street Tajhs and the freighter's crew, kept a watchful eye on the ship's loading. Botha heard the sounds of shoes clicking over the cold concrete surface and turned to see the brothers Muhammad and Salaam Islaq approaching. NYPD Detectives Andy Taggart and Danny Rosewood following close behind.

"Everything is on schedule..Our buyers in Luanda are very eager to receive the merchandise.." Muhammad stated. "Care to inspect the shipment?" Salaam inquired. "Why not?" Botha replied with a grin and walked over to a large steel crates. Salaam Islaq nodded to one of the gangsters who opened the lid of the crate. Botha peered inside and smiled at the pile of Stinger anti-aircraft missiles inside. "There's more of those on board..Plus the regular assault rifles and explosives..The first shipments have already gotten through" Muhammad stated. "Yeah yeah yeah..I just wanna know..When we'll get our cut?!" a frustrated Taggart asked. Botha turned to face the two crooked cops. "Patience gentlemen..Your service to us has been invaluable..You shall receive your reward.." the South African assured them.

"Where is the boy? he asked Salaam Islaq. "On board with Ukura..Just for insurance.." Salaam replied. "Excellent..Mr Taggart..Mr Rosewood..Come with me..It is time to conclude our business here in New York.." Botha told the two cops and led them towards the rear of his Mercedes. Unknown to them, the Nighthawk was descending upon the waterfront.

"Got the bad guys located Boss..Most of them seem to be located on the docks..Thermal imaging is picking up weapons in those crates and in the hold of that ship.." Hawk stated. "My nephew is on the ship..I can sense him..I must go to him.." Lioness insisted and Snake-Eyes nodded his agreement.

"Circle round on their blind side Hawk...We'll alight there.." the Universal Soldier said. "Roger that..Going down.." Hawk replied as the gunship made a wide arc and hovered towards the roof of a nearby warehouse. A cable dropped from the gunship's rear. Snake-Eyes descended first and as his feet touched the rooftop, he levelled his M-16A2 in a defensive posture.

Slinging his sniper-rifle over his left shoulder and an MP-5 assault rifle over his right, Moon Gao followed his friend. Lioness ignored the cable and leapt out the rear of the Nighthawk. The African Adventuress landed on the balls of her bare feet between the two stooping commandos. Looking towards the Nighthawk's cockpit,Snake made a hand signal and the gunship pulled away. "I must get aboard that ship.." Lioness whispered. "Then you'll need a diversion..Moon..you cut left..Get eyes on them" Snake ordered. "Roger that.." Moon replied and made his way down a nearby fire escape. Snake-Eyes and Lioness made their way towards the edge of the rooftop. The Universal Soldier raised his night-vision binoculars to his eyes.

"I'd say we have about eighty to one hundred men down there.." Snake-Eyes stated as he lowered the binoculars but got no reply from the African Adventuress. He turned to his right to discover that she was gone. "Shit!" Snake fumed and reached for his radio. "Moon..Hawk..Stay sharp..This thing is going down any minute now.." he said. Meanwhile in a sealed cabin aboard the freighter, young Prince Kip struggled in the chair he found himself bound to. "What..What is happening?!" Kip cried in shock and panic, having no recollection of how he came here. "I hope you are comfortable young Prince" Uri Ukura sneered as she entered the cabin, flanked by two Uzi-toting guards.

Kip eyed the diplomatic aide, now clad in a black leather jumpsuit, nervously. "Miss Ukura?!..What is going on?!!" he cried. "Do not be alarmed Highness..This will all be over..Very soon" Ukura sneered as she removed the pistol from the holster she wore on the left side of her waist and calmly attached a silencer to the muzzle.

From his position atop a nearby water tower, Ray "Moon" Gao unshouldered his sniper rifle and trained it upon Botha and the two crooked NYPD detectives as they conducted their business. Meanwhile, Snake-Eyes moved stealthily through the waterfront shadows unknown to Botha's men who were busy loading the weapons crates aboard freighter. Removing three detanators from a pouch around his waist, Snake attached them to three separate crates, minutes before they were loaded by the unsuspecting mercenaries.

As the crates were lowered by a crane into the freighter's hold, six crewmen patrolled the decks with their Uzis partially hidden. Landing on the balls of her bare feet behind one sailor, Lioness swiftly pounced on him. His cries were muzzled as she clamped her left hand over his mouth and used her right hand to apply a nerve pinch to the base of his neck. The African Adventuress dragged his unconscious body out of sight before slipping inside the ship. "Kip's scent is strong..as is the evil around him..I must find him quickly" she resolved.

"I trust the payment is satisfactory gentlemen..?" Botha inquired with a smile. "Yeah..It'll pay the bills.." Andy Taggart grinned as he closed the case and shook the South African's hand. Danny Rosewood stood beside his partner and smiled smugly. Suddenly, the ground shook as the detanators Snake-Eyes attached to some of the weapons' crates that were lowered into the freighter's hold exploded. "What the..?!" Rosewood cried as he pulled out his gun. Locking the crooked cop in his sights, Moon pulled the trigger of his sniper rifle. Rosewood's head jerked back sharply as the bullet exploded in the centre of his forehead.

"Danny!!!" Taggart cried as he reached for his gun. Pieter Botha calmly pulled an Uzi out from under his jacket and blasted Taggart in the chest at point blank range. As Taggart fell to the ground, he snatched the briefcase loaded with money from the dying detective's hand. "You really didn't think it was that easy?!" the South African quipped rhetorically. However gunfire from Botha's men for--d Moon to take evasive action and gave the South African a chance to scamper into the shadows.

"What was that?!" Ukura cried as she heard the explosion and sounds of gunfire from the docks. As if in answer to her question, the cabin door was kicked open and the Lioness entered the cabin. "Lioness..Help!!" Kip cried. "Kill her!!" Ukura ordered the two guards with her. "Suffer the wrath of Lioness!" the African Adventuress cried as she leapt towards them.

A devastating right roundhouse kick sent both men flying across the room before they could draw their weapons. Lioness landed on the balls of her feet as they slammed into a wall and slid to the floor senseless. "Hold it!! ot the boy dies!!" Ukura yelled as she aimed her pistol at Kip's head and cocked the trigger at Kip's head. The heroine froze in her tracks, every muscle in her sensuous body primed for action. However Leona dared not act while Kip's life was being threatened lest she send Ukura off the deep end.

Out on the dock, Botha's men and members of the Tenth Street Tajhs ran helter skelter, firing their guns in all directions. "Protect the weapons!!..Protect the weapons!!" Salaam Islaq yelled with an AK-47 assault rifle in hand. "Watch your back!" Snake-Eyes growled as he materialised out of the shadows behind him. Salaam froze in his tracks and felt a trickle of sweat run down the centre of his forehead. Salaam whirled around and levelled his weapon at the Universal Soldier but Snake's M-16A2 vented its fury upon the arms smuggler. He cried out as multiple explosions ripped his chest open and he fell to the ground, firing his AK-47 into the air. Muhammad Islaq heard his brother's cries and turned in time to see his dead body slump to the ground.

"Kill him!!..Kill him!!" he screamed with maniacal fury and charged towards Snake-Eyes with a pair of Uzis blazing. He was joined by six guards who also trained their guns on the Universal Soldier who dived for cover behind some unloaded weapons crates. Rising from being the crates, Snake discharged the M-203 grenade launcher that was attached to his rifle. The lethal projectile landed in the midst of the onrushing guards, killing four and mortally wounding two. Islaq went sprawling along the ground, wounded in the left arm by shrapnel.

Gazing upon the body of his slain brother, Muhammad Islaq drew the pistol tucked into his waste and staggered to his feet. He took aim at the advancing Snake-Eyes but the Universal Soldier fired first. Islaq dropped to his knees and cried out as bullets ripped his chest open. The gun slipped out of his fingers and clattered to the ground before his body joined it. Elsewhere, Moon raced through the disorganised ranks of Botha's men on the docks, with his MP-5 blazing at will. Seven fell dead to the ground while another eight were wounded.

Meanwhile on board the freighter, Lioness squared off against Uri Ukura. The female diplomatic aide's hand trembled as she pointed the gun at the African Adventuress while the sounds of death and destruction emanated from the docks. "Botha has deserted you Miss Ukura..as have Muhammad and Salaam Islaq..Do not make the same mistake as them.." the heroine warned, staring intensely at Ukura through the yellow slits of her mask. The muscles of her curvaceous body primed for action. "Why?..Why are you doing this ?!.." Ukura stammered, struggling to keep her composure. "I am the defender of justice..Not its avenger..I know that Botha used you...Let me help you Miss Ukura..Princess Leona will ensure your protection..." Lioness stated. Prince Kip stared nervously at the two women, beads of perspiration running down his face like a river, wondering what would happen next.

Outside on the dock Snake-Eyes and Moon linked up. Around them lay the bodies of dead or badly wounded arms smugglers. With their weapons at the ready, they scanned their surroundings, catching the billowing plume of black smokes coming from the hold of the docked freighter. Just then, Snake-Eyes heard the buzz on his radio headset. "Go Hawk" he said. "We got trouble Boss..I've picked up a lot of flash traffic on the police band...They're on the way to the docks.." Hawk Lee replied. "Affirmative..We're heading for the extraction point now.." the Universal Soldier replied. "What about Lioness?" Moon asked. "Lady's on her own..Moon..Our mission here is over.." Snake-Eyes replied as they disappeared into the shadows.

"You lie !!' Ukura snarled, levelling her gun at the Lioness. "You do not want to do this Miss Ukura..I give you my word that Princess Leona will ensure that you are treated fairly.." the African Adventuress assured her. Behind her back, the two guards slowly got to their feet and prepared to jump the heroine. Kip's eyes widened with horror as he saw the threat to the African Adventuress. "Look out Lioness !" he cried and the heroine sensed the imminent danger behind her.

She sidestepped a guard who lunged at her with a drawn knife. Startled, Ukura fired a shot which struck the second oncoming guard in the right side of his chest. The female diplomatic aide wheezed as the first guard's blade pierced her heart. The guard stood motionless as Ukura fell dead to the floor. Snapping back to reality, he was about to flee when Lioness dealt a hard left uppercut to his chin and he collapsed to the floor.

"Are you all right Kip?" Lioness asked as she untied the young prince. "Yes..I dont' understand Lioness..Why did Miss Ukura betray us?" Kip asked. The African Adventuress stood in front of the young prince and placed her hands on his shoulders. "She was misled into seeking absolute power..That is something you must never seek..Remember that" Lioness told Kip. The young prince and side by side walked out of the cabin with the African Adventuress as the police arrived on the docks.

end.
