Off the top of my head... an obscure one that I like would be "Jocasta" from the Avengers. She is an android built by Ultron (one of The Avengers' main villains) and infused with the personality of The Wasp (one of the main heroines). I actually have a couple. Wonder Woman is my number one from the mainstream Miss Americana is my favourite from among the current batch of web based heroines. I don't like Supergirl at all in any of her incarnations. Too powerful. I like my heroines to be beatable. OK so WW always come out number 1 in the end (except in fan fiction) but she does take some punishment. |
