Since the arrival of Daz's new Victoria 4 I've been wanting to update Betty Noir, like Finister has done for Pink Pussycat.
The overall look and use of this new model is superior in a lot of ways and I thought Betty should have the advantage of looking her best for her fans. The character "Scarlett" is a V4 and Betty just seemed to pale in comparison, so we sent her away to a makeover spa for the weekend and she came back all brite-eyed and shiny new.
