There's a site called I-Comix.com that some of us HIP artists were involved in. It was about cops from the future who went after villains who committed crimes across time.
Playing with that idea... we bring you Chronic Deviance.
Chronic Deviance is a special branch of Time Command. Chronic Deviance sends special officers back to times and alternate realities that never were...but could have been. They go to these 'could have been' settings to hunt down particularly nasty time criminals...or to stop threats across timelines.
Here we have Chronic Deviance heroine Caressa finding herself in the clutches of the original Black Hat who has gone to the 1888 London that never was... ghost London.
Here in the storybook London setting, Black Hat plans to launch his Paradox Machine which will have dire effects on the real London of 1888 and could change the 'real' future....after he has some fun with his comely captive
The concept I have in mind is something like The Justice League facing off against supervillains in fairytale and alternate historical settings.... anywhere anytime we can think of.
