He has humiliated and punished KIMBERLY STARR in ways that are secret and profane on so many levels ! And now that the deed has been done, what's an up and coming super villain to do ? Well...this guy runs to his mentor, HAPPY JACK, who has been quietly operating in the background of this adventure of the TIME RAIDERS ! JOHN BIEHL has served as QUENTIN's mentor for years...but now our young villain begins to contemplate his future without his mentor...this can't possibly be good news for any of the remaining heroines in the JUSTICE LEGION !
