As the only remaining Legion members not in the Lambda Syndicate's custody, Blue Venus, Justice and Tempest retreat to Justice's base to consider their next move. Knowing that they cannot hope to stand against the might of the Lambda Syndicate alone, Blue Venus has no choice but to call in the members of the Legion reserve team, but will this motley assortment of heroine be enough to free their friends?
