When we last left Maya and her friends, they had ventured into a strange underworld looking for the mysterious Freya. After disturbing the undead warriors, Maya now find herself in a fight for her life after Valerie and Irina were kidnapped! Just when all seems lost, however, help arrives from an unlikely place...

Dear Uroboros:

Bullet time, Legend Hunters # 17, was awesome! I loved the dead warriors and the way Maya fought them. I also liked Freya’s rescue and how she captured Maya. It was logic to assume that Morgana will send her to capture Freya. All was well planned.

Another thing I liked was to know that at least one of the goddess is not a total jerk: Freya seems to be a competent leader trying to get the best of a bad situation, and she treated Maya with honor, so it seems like there will be conflict when the time comes for Maya to take her to Morgana.

Your art is gorgeous as ever, and fits very well with the story you telling. I am anxious to see that issue, thanks!
