The readers have spoken, and Ms. Proctor is the winner of the "Vote-A-Villianess" poll. Look for her first appearance in the upcoming issue, and she won't be alone...she's bringing her star students Bianca and Yoko along to punish a certain young, blond superheroine! More preview pics to come.

Now what class does Ms. Proctor teach? Physical education? Biology? Or, is she the school's disciplinarian?
